Code of Conduct

To preserve the exclusivity, elegance, and integrity of The Manager, all members and guests are expected to adhere to the following:

1. Respect & Decorum
• Treat all members, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect.
• Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Dress Code
• Business casual or elegant evening attire is required at all times.
• Sportswear, flip-flops, and excessively casual clothing are not permitted.

3. Privacy & Discretion
• Photography, videography, and recording of any kind must be approved by management.
• Conversations, appearances, and activities within the lounge are private and must not be shared publicly.

4. Guest Policy
• Members may invite guests, subject to prior approval and lounge capacity.
• Members are fully responsible for the conduct of their guests.

5. Cigar & Alcohol Etiquette
• Respect the ambiance: be mindful of cigar smoke, volume, and space.
• Consumption of outside cigars or alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless approved.
• Excessive drinking or disruptive behavior will lead to suspension or expulsion.

6. Use of Facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of all amenities.
• Humidor space and bottle storage are reserved for qualified membership tiers.

7. Mobile Phones & Noise
• Calls must be taken in designated areas to preserve the quiet atmosphere.
• Loud discussions, speaker use, or video playback in common areas are not permitted.

8. Events & Conduct
• RSVP is mandatory for members-only events.
• Any member causing disruption during events may be asked to leave and face review.

1. Personal Data
• We collect only the data necessary to administer memberships and services (name, contact info, profession, preferences).
• Data is stored securely and never sold or shared without consent.

2. Use of Data
• Your data is used strictly for lounge communication, billing, invitations, and internal analytics to improve service.

• Lounge operations and member information are confidential.
• Member identities and participation remain private unless express consent is given.

4. Photo & Media Usage
• Members may be photographed at events with discretion. Any public use (social media, marketing) will require prior consent.

5. Opt-Out & Access
• Members may opt-out of communications at any time.

Violation of Conduct

Any breach of this Code may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent revocation of membership without refund. The lounge reserves the right to refuse entry or service at its discretion.
